1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "egd33" refers to the online betting and casino platform accessible at egd33.io, including all associated services, tools, features, and content.
• "Platform" means the egd33 website, mobile-optimised site, and any application made available by egd33 to players.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the egd33 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration with egd33.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds as separately identified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other non-cash value credited to a Player's Account under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager Bonus Funds (or winnings derived from Bonus Funds) before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 8 of these Terms.
• "BDT" / "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which egd33 accounts are denominated for players in Bangladesh.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process egd33 uses to confirm a Player's eligibility to use the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the egd33 Platform in any capacity — including browsing the site without registering — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the egd33 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you are registering on behalf of yourself, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and egd33 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, discussions, or agreements whether written or oral.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To open and use an egd33 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are aged 21 years or older. egd33 operates a strict 21+ policy. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any service on the Platform.
• You are a natural person. Corporate entities, bots, automated scripts, and non-human agents may not register Accounts.
• You are registering for personal use only, not on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or commercial betting operation.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order from egd33 or any related platform.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or terminated by egd33 for breach of these Terms.

egd33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of your age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Account activity may be suspended pending completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed from unverified Accounts.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on egd33. If egd33 identifies multiple Accounts registered by or attributable to the same individual, all duplicate Accounts will be closed immediately, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any pending withdrawals from duplicate Accounts may be withheld pending investigation.

4 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your egd33 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

egd33 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify egd33 support immediately via live chat.

You are responsible for ensuring that all contact information associated with your Account — including your registered mobile number and email address — remains accurate and current. egd33 uses your registered mobile number for OTP authentication and withdrawal confirmations. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may delay account access and payment processing.

egd33 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the welfare of the account holder.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

egd33 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as displayed in the egd33 cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). egd33 does not impose deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which egd33 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account has completed KYC verification.
• Any applicable Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus Funds have been fully satisfied.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold as displayed in the cashier.
• No active fraud investigation or account review is pending on your Account.

egd33 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of a verified withdrawal request, subject to payment provider processing times. During periods of high volume — such as major BPL or IPL fixtures — processing may take up to 48 hours. egd33 will notify affected players via their registered contact details if delays are anticipated.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

egd33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is presented.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all egd33 promotions:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are clearly identified as such in the Account cashier.
• A Wagering Requirement applies to all Bonus Funds. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering contributions may vary by game type. Casino slots typically contribute 100% toward Wagering Requirements; live table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited if the Wagering Requirement is not completed within the promotion's validity period.
• egd33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, per IP address, and per device. Players found to be abusing promotions — including by creating multiple Accounts — will have all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and their Accounts closed.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets on egd33 — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket fixtures — are governed by egd33's published Sports Betting Rules, which are available in the Help section of the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market.

All casino games are provided by third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. The rules for each game are displayed within the game interface. egd33 is not responsible for software errors or malfunctions originating from the provider's systems; in such cases, the provider's technical logs will govern the outcome.

egd33 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where:

• A software or pricing error has resulted in clearly incorrect odds or payouts being offered.
• There is evidence of match-fixing, result manipulation, or any other integrity violation affecting the relevant event.
• A Player has exploited a known technical vulnerability to obtain an unfair advantage.
• A bet has been placed in violation of these Terms or any applicable specific game rule.

Where a bet is voided, the original stake amount will be returned to the Player's Account Balance. No compensation will be paid for potential winnings foregone as a result of a void decision.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the egd33 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person to register multiple Accounts.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusive play with other players in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Placing bets on behalf of or in coordination with any professional sports participant who has insider knowledge of the relevant event.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, responsible gaming, or fraud prevention measure implemented by egd33.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations in Bangladesh.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the egd33 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and game content — is the property of egd33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without egd33's express prior written consent.

Game content is provided under licence from third-party software providers. All rights in game software, artwork, and associated intellectual property remain with the respective provider. egd33 does not grant any rights in third-party game content beyond what is necessary for you to play those games through the Platform.

10 Privacy & Data

egd33 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at egd33.io/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

egd33 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial data in transit and at rest. Account passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and are not accessible to any egd33 staff member in plain-text form.

egd33 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services solely to the extent necessary to provide the Platform's services.

11 Responsible Gaming

egd33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. If gambling is no longer entertaining and is causing financial, emotional, or social harm, you should seek help immediately.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of how long you have been active in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 months). No bets may be placed during a cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed. All Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon self-exclusion.

egd33 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately closed, all transactions reversed where technically possible, and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, egd33 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or account access.
• Interruption of service due to maintenance, technical failure, or events outside egd33's reasonable control.
• Any action taken by egd33 in good faith to enforce these Terms, including Account suspension or closure.

egd33's total cumulative liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude egd33's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

13 Amendments

egd33 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform or by notification to the Player's registered contact details, no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.

egd33 maintains an archive of previous versions of these Terms. If you require access to a previous version, please contact egd33 customer support via live chat.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which egd33 operates.

egd33 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws and regulations in Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction from which they access the Platform.

Any dispute arising between a Player and egd33 that cannot be resolved through the egd33 customer support process should be escalated in writing to egd33 at the contact address provided in Section 15 below. egd33 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve all escalated disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.
